The Slit-lamp is in fully working order. It's only the bulb-housing cover's screw holes were damaged. I am using the Gorilla tape to keep the cover attached to its base.
I'm only replacing this as I'm upgrading to photo slit-lamps.
The buyer gets the spare bulb for free.
